Building Sprnkle™
Sprnkle is a professional platform built for the AI era. LinkedIn was designed for an internet where résumés mattered and people wrote them honestly. That world is gone. Today, applications are AI-generated, profiles all sound the same, and the people who would be great at a job rarely make it past the first filter.
Sprnkle replaces the résumé with a Living Profile — a portrait of who someone actually is, built from their personality, their work, their voice, and the references of people who have actually worked with them. It is anchored by the Personality Fingerprint™, a behavioral pattern that no AI can fake and no résumé can capture.
Sprnkle is currently in development. The waitlist is open at sprnkle.com.
The Path
The work behind the work
Every company I have built has been an attempt to fix a system that did not work the way people said it did.
- 2016

Apex Outdoors
Dropped out of university at 21 to build outdoor products I had invented. My first company. It failed.
Inventing the product is the easy part. Selling it is the whole company.
- 2019

Wise Owl Wood Company
Started building accent walls from free pallet wood to pay the bills. It unexpectedly took off.
The business that actually works is rarely the one you set out to build.
- 2021

Wise Owl Concepts
Flew to Costa Rica to source lumber by the shipping container. Evolved the company into commercial design and build — universities, restaurants, outdoor spaces.
When you control the supply chain, you control the margin and the timeline.
- 2023
Hiring overseas
Started building a remote team of Filipino operators to run the day-to-day. Realized the leverage was in the operators, not the wood.
The right team is more valuable than the right product.
- 2025

Taskflow Global Solutions
Built a full office of remote operators in the Philippines to give US companies real operational leverage. Began building internal tools that would later become products.
The tools you build for yourself are usually the tools other people will pay for.
- 2026

Taskflow Recruit → Sprnkle Recruit
Built an AI phone interviewing platform after hearing about the struggles recruiters have with ATS platforms missing top talent. It became Sprnkle Recruit when Sprnkle was born.
The interview problem is downstream of the résumé problem.
- 2026

Sprnkle™
Built after a conversation with a former client about why no one had replaced the resume in over 500 years. Building the professional platform for the AI era.
Some problems are only obvious once two people from different worlds see the same broken system at the same time.
How I Think
Operating principles
Build first, talk later.
The companies I respect ship things before they pitch them.
Hire people you would not survive without.
Leverage compounds. Ego shrinks it.
Solve the boring middle.
Most “AI” startups are racing for the same shiny demo. The real money is in the unglamorous workflows underneath.
Take the call.
Most opportunities arrive disguised as people you almost did not respond to.
The system is usually the problem.
When good people keep failing at the same task, the system is broken, not the people.
Stay buildable.
Never give up so much control or so much time that you cannot rebuild from scratch in 90 days.
